AKIPS requires customers to upgrade at least once per year. AKIPS Technical Support will provide assistance with previous releases, but we highly encourage customers to keep up with recent releases, especially those releases with fixes and OS security updates.
When troubleshooting a problem, if AKIPS support notices that a customer is using a version that is over a year old, then AKIPS reserves the rights to halt troubleshooting and instruct the user to upgrade to the latest version to ensure that the issue hasn’t already been addressed in an updated version. Once upgraded to a more recent version, AKIPS will continue working on the issue if necessary.
