How to schedule quarterly reports using the Scheduled Reports feature?

Is there a way to schedule quarterly availability reports? I don t see an option to enter a specific date in the time filter (Oct 1 2023, for example) or even something like 1st dayofmonth October 2023?

Answer:

You can enter a specific date and time in the following format:

when: yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM

You can also specify multiple 'when' rules.

e.g. to run at the start of the next few quarters at midnight:

when: 2022-10-01 00:00
when: 2023-01-01 00:00
when: 2023-04-01 00:00
when: 2023-07-01 00:00
when: 2023-10-01 00:00
