Alert when a certain number of devices in a building go offline.

Is there a way to send an alert when more than a certain number of devices go offline?

I would like to receive a notification when more than 5 access points become unreachable in a building.

We do have auto grouping configured to create groups for the devices in each building.

I assume it will need to be some sort of combination of additional grouping and site scripts.
