Config crawler diff emails?

I'm just starting to explore the config crawler feature and am curious if there is a way to have an email sent with diffs when any changes are discovered?

We currently use RANCID for hourly configuration backups and it sends an email that includes any differences discovered during a run.  It would be great if there was similar functionality in AKiPS.

I've seen this question asked in the forum email list in the past but don't recall seeing a response. 

Does this feature exist, and if not, has anyone created a site script to accomplish something like this?
