OpsGenie not alerting

Hi Community,

After upgrading to 23.4 on the weekend we have found mid week that the alerts are not being sent to opsgenie and the authentication test works / passes for the API key and the heartbeat on the opsgenie page shows it receiving it.

Should we expect to see in the alert logs the integration fires? We can see when the emails are being sent and when I change the key it shows that it fails in the same log but no matter how much I tweak the alert we don't get the alerts in OpsGenie.

    Hello Carl,

    I believe we already addressed this issue in a ticket that your college (Rupert) opened last Friday.  Could you talk to him in regards to this, and if he isn't aware then please open a ticket with akips support, and we will assist you with this issue.

    Just to note: there was a little bug that appeared for the specific "call post_alert_opsgenie" alerting in that version 23.4, which will be fixed in the next release 23.5.  We have a temporary work-around to get this working again. 

    Please open a ticket with akips support if you need this work-around.

    Yes it has been resolved with the workaround.
