    Hi Chuck,

yes they are cumulative and yes you can upgrade from 23.1 to 23.4. In general you can, but please read the release notes for any indications of a major change that you would like to review before upgrading.

    Thanks for the question.

Each version is cumulative, correct?  I can go from 23.1 to this current ver 23.4?

    Giles, Imogen

We just upgraded AKIPS from 23.1 to 23.4 and lost our server certificate. AKIPS came back up with a self-signed certificate (issued by AKIPS) & the user who had the certificate files had trouble signing in with Chrome and Firefox, finally got signed in with Edge.

Please share any ideas about what could have caused this and how it can be avoided in the future.

    Thanks.

    Hi Imogen,

    Thanks for using the community.

There are no reported issues with certificates in 23.4.

I see you've lodged a support case and we'll look into the logs you sent us.

    Thanks,

    Adam
